Biography: Being raised at a young age, Lucifer was selected an told by his parents to master in a specific pokemon type. Selecting dark, he learned both the weaknesses, advantages, and power of it. Obsessed with power, he joins the criminal organization known as, 'Team Rocket' and quickly becomes an administrator, 1/4. After the Head Executive's orders to close the group, Lucifer leaves in rage. He continues training until mastering the Dark Type. He challenges The Elite Four Member, 'Karen' to a match for her spot. He wins, and is currently the Dark Specialist of the Johto Elite Four.
Appearance: Grey pants, Collared White Shirt, Black Vest, his hair always pristine.
